General characteristic The press brake structure is in electro welded steel normalized before the assembly. The stretches of the structure are eliminated after the welding by decreasing the flexions and the deformations of the table and of the structure itself. The Hydraulic Press MP has two proportional valves “Hoerbiger” or “Bosh”. Other characteristics are: Hydraulic crowing controlled by means of a cnc system to compensate any deformation during the bending operations. The axes Y1, Y2, X and R are controlled by a CNC from ESA/GV KVARA 2004 (Italy) or Delem 65 W (Holland) equipped with LCD colour screen and graphics display. The back gauge is driven by two servo motors with two ball screws Hiwin (Taiwan) and is fitted on linear guides. Laser Beam with “Nuova Elettronica” (Italy). Front Support with Arms with guidance.
