The
CS line of our hydraulic shearing machines, which are the result
of constant researches for the best solution for the different
blade cutting problems, offers a big flexibility thanks to the
following features:
• The gap between the cutting blades can be changed by means
of a centralized hand wheel according to the thickness and to
the tensile strength of the metal sheet to cut;
• the blade stroke can be regulated along the length to
perform a continuous cutting and to reduce the working times;
• constant cutting capacity along the whole length of the
blade;
• the pressure of the 13 pressing cylinders is spread uniformly
and is automatically changeable according to the sheet metal thickness.
The shearing machine is equipped with:
• 4 cutting wire blades also suitable for stainless steel
cutting
• 13 pressing cylinders for a perfect block of the sheet
• Driven back gauge on ball screws with electronic display
reading
• Control of the gap between the blades by means of a centralized
hand wheel.
