The Imac Turret punch press MDC 1250 is equipped with - C Closed shaped rigid structure in electro welded steel. It is then subjected to a stress relieving heat treatment in order to guarantee a lasting stability of the structure and a perfect alignment between the punch and the matrix. Then it’s sandblasted and varnished. - Punching capacity 20 Ton - CNC Ge Fanuc 0 IPC. - Hydraulic system Voith (H+L). - Max number of sroke in nibbling 600 stroke/min. - Software METALIX/CAMLAB. - Table with brush. - Mixed table with brush and balls (optional).

Turret with this configuration: • 4 Station in D (88,9 mm) with AUTOINDEX capable with Multitool Wilson. • 4 Station C (50,8 mm) • 8 Station B (31,7 mm) • 8 Station A (12,7 mm) Maximum stations up to 60 (optional) - MDC 1250 permits: punching, nibbling, countersink, marking, forming, engraving, bending, beading. It is possible use the function of rolling and cutting with Wilson Tools.
